Are you developing for Symbian 9.1 and want to develop using Visual Studio .NET? Nokia recently updated Carbide.vs to allow it to work with the Final Series 60 3rd Edition SDK. Furthermore, UIQ have also released a separate support package for Carbide.vs.

Palmsource have a new white paper on Mobile Linux Ubiquity, an industry perspective on Mobile Linux.
While the aim of the paper don’t seem that clear to me, there’s a good take on what creates "the greatest drag upon rapid development and time-to-volume"…
