While the LiPS 1.0 standards have very recently been released, a more interesting LiPS and Android/OHA FAQ has become available.
The FAQ explains how both LiPS and OHA are similar in that they attempt to seek unity. However, LiPS is doing this through open standards, while Android/OHA is approaching the problem through ad-hoc standards…

The Nokia N800 is now going for a surplus price, only five months after I mentioned the Nokia 770 bargain.
The N810 is the latest model with the main changes being the addition of a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Mozilla browser and VoIP SIP support.
I can’t help but wonder why Nokia hasn’t yet integrated a phone into the Internet Tablet. […]
