I have started posting regularly again on my Android blog after many months of dormancy. It’s really difficult to find the time to post on more than one blog. I have just posted a lengthy article on problems with the Android Market that might go some way to explain why it has by far the highest percentage of freeware.

I talk about a petition to improve the Market, country support, payment notification problems, poor copy protection, piracy and some solutions for app sellers. With all the problems with the Android Market, some people are suggesting different business models. AndroidGuys has an excellent list of 40 Android Business Models (also part 2 here and part 3 here) that’s a great read for all mobile application developers, irrespective of the platform.
