Nokia has a new useful Carbide.c++ FAQ on Nokia Forum.

The FAQ mentions that there’s special upgrade pricing (approximately half price) if you are moving from CodeWarrior.
Tip: What it doesn’t say is that this is only for recent CodeWarrior purchases - so if you have recently purchased (in the last 18 months) then get your upgrade while you still can.
