There’s a survey at Strategy Analytics that claims…

 "90 Percent of Handset Owners Rate Apple iPhone Experience Superior".

My first thought was how did they do this survey when the iPhone hasn’t shipped yet? Well, I read on and found at the end of the article…

"Strategy Analytics captured consumer responses to video presentations of iPhone features developed by Apple using its panel of advanced mobile device buyers. "

So it’s based on ‘users’ watching a video about the iPhone rather than using the device themselves. In my opinion it’s a misleading and strange thing to do.
