This MobilePhoneDevelopment blog is very popular and the logs show it is read by thousands of people every day. Consequently, I get a significant number of enquiries offering work. Unfortunately, there’s only one of me and I often tend to be offered work when I am already busy or I am offered work I know might be better done by someone else I know due to their specialisation.

I have built up a growing number of colleagues and companies with whom I have worked and can trust. This ranges from people who just want to do a little bit of mobile development on the side ‘for fun’, through ‘one man bands’ such as myself right up to limited companies with teams of mobile developers.

I offer a free service to anyone who wants to find a reputable mobile developer. Why am I doing this? In fact, it just formalises and streamlines something I have been doing for a long time now. The new web form minimises the number of questions I have to ask before I simply forward the information on to an appropriate developer. By referring work to other people I hope that they will do the same for me. I don’t ask for or receive referral fees. Naturally, I will also consider assignments myself if I am available and the work is suitable.
