My MEX articles have caused quite a few people to contact me about mobile payment. Payment is fundamental to most products/services and there are lot of people out there trying to understand what’s available. There’s an executive level summary at Trinity College Dublin entitled ‘State of the Art Review of Mobile Payment Technology‘. While it’s not ’state of the art’ any more (it was written in 2003) and the first half of the document is more like a mobile glossary, the second half gives a great overview of what’s currently possible.
