There’s an interesting post from Paul on the Nokia Forum blogs saying…

"F-Secure are now apparently flagging two Symbian signed applications as Spyware in their mobile security application"

I did some research and it turns out to be FlexiSpy. In my opinion it’s not really Spyware in as much as it’s not an application masquerading as something else nor something accidentally installed. Instead, it’s purposely installed by a user to monitor what happens on a phone. It’s no more spyware than is the PC software you can install to monitor your child’s activity.
