Network Operator Personalisation
On the MEX log, Marek Pawlowski makes some interesting comments on personalisation… or rather lack of it when it comes to network operators.
It’s a while since I wrote about this (see related articles below). I think time has moved on and network operators still haven’t grasped the opportunities offered by personalisation. Hence, in this next stage they should collaborate with people (probably now Internet companies) who can do this for them. If they don’t do this, most network operators will just remain an interchangeable pipe for voice and data.
