It’s sometimes strange that I’ll be looking into some particular mobile technology for a client and at the same time unsolicited news/email arrives along the same theme.

I was looking into video codecs, bitrates and parameters across mobile phones when I received an email from Andrés Restrepo at HubDog about a quick guide for encoding video for Windows Mobile Devices.
