Personalisation and Operator Churn

arcchart.gifThere’s an article on the MEX blog that references a recent ARC Chart report on network operator churn. The MEX blog and ARC report comment on how churn might be reduced by tying financial services to phone tariffs.

I have written in the past about personalisation (see links below). This report tends to suggest that network operators still do not ‘get it’.
