One thing that irritates me is the high roaming charges incurred when abroad. What’s even more annoying for many people is that it’s never easy to know upfront how much a roamed call, SMS or GPRS is going to cost.

I have been working with a company, Global Termination, based in Hong Kong who have just introduced a new SIM with much reduced and fixed roaming costs (all in Euros)….

The SIM comes with a new UK (+44) number (whatever country you reside in). When you make a call, the call is intercepted by the SIM and Global Termination actually ring you and then connect the call to your intended destination.

Note that I don’t get anything out of mentioning this on my blog. I have used the SIM and found it useful enough to mention to others.
